Igala Vanguard Raises Alarm Over Kogi Governor Ploy To‎ Discredit Prominent Sons In Buhari’s Administration

Igala Vanguard,a pan igala movement has alerted the public and President Muhammadu Buhari of a well crafted plans by kogi governor,Yahaya Bello to run down prominent members of igala extractions in public offices to attract sanctions from the federal government


According to the statement signed by Engineer Lawrence ‎Akpa and made available to media men in Abuja, confirmed how the governor had accused an igala professor and chief executive of National Space and Research Development Agency(NASRDA),Professor Seidu Mohammed Onalo Ogah, of funding anti Buhari programs in the state to attract the wrath of Mr President, the petitioned was crafted on Wednesday, 27th June,2018 by some renowned liars hired as a mercenaries by the powerful aide of the governor from kogi east, the petition wrote on Prof Seidu accusing him reaching a secret deal withe PDP in Kogi state is due to be submitted on 28th June through the office of the Chief of Staff to the President.  

 Engineer Akpa said the space Professor is not a politician, a professional to the core, who had dedicated his life to the services of this country through series of innovations and discoveries into space technology in Nigerian and should not be dragged into bitter politicking that have heralded the state ‎by the governor.   

  The group denied the allegation against the space Professor as concocted, well orchestrated, planned, baseless, mischievous, malicious, unfounded and a grand plan designed by the state government to drag and silence perceived individuals in the nearest future in the course of struggle to administer the state ,urging Mr President to disregard such unfounded allegations, said Bello is only jittery by mere Sallah homage professor Seidu paid to the SGF Mr Boss Mustapha.  

 Akpa advised President Buhari to be wary of the antics of the state governor that has made the present administration at the federal level unpopular In the state owing to his anti people’s policies and programs   He said the lofty ideas been propagated by the President is been bastardised by kogi governor,‎especially his fight against corruption and other vices by misrepresenting the good posture and lofty ideas of President Buhari  

 The Igala Vanguard advised the President to alert the security agencies to monitor the style of administration of the state governor as most prominent Igala sons and daughters have stopped coming home because of threat to their lives,insecurity,political persecution and frame up to discourage the people from expressing their grievances and the suffering of the people in kogi   
The body expressed dismay that kogi governor as direct beneficiary of late Prince Abubakar Audu’s political adventure had in return succeeded in creating division and disaffection among the immediate family of the late political icon   The group said the general public is not unaware ‎that even the families of late minister of state labour,Late James Ocholi were not left out in the onslaught on the entire igala race  

 The body warned President Buhari on the consequences of allowing the kogi governor to continue in this trend, as it is capable of creating a tense atmosphere that will ‎affect negatively the people’s desire to continue to support his administration 

  He said an injury against any igala extraction‎ will not be taken for granted as the learned Professor had displayed unblemished, untainted, down to earth, core professional who believed in synergy and goal getting for any administration or situation he finds himself
