Ghanaians hold candle vigil to curse Nigerian kidnapper (photos)

Residents of Sekondi-Takoradi in Ghana have held a vigil following the disappearance of three young girls believed to have been kidnapped by a Nigerian man.


The Nigerian kidnap kingpin who is currently in police custody, Samuel Udoetuk Wills, issueaid to have abducted the girls late last year.
The Ghanaian Minister of Gender, Children and Social Protection, Mrs Cynthia Mamle Morrison, revealed that the girls are still alive as informed by the kidnapper’s confession.
Hundreds of Ghanaian residents took to the streets with candles and lamps as they prayed for the safe return of Priscilla Mantebea Koranchie, 18; Priscilla Blessing Bentum, 21; and Ruth Love Quayson 18.
Report also says that the residents laid curses on the Nigerian suspect during the vigil as can be seen in the pictures.
