Rape Allegation: Femi Falana is now Busola Dakolo’s lawyer

Mohammed Adamu, The IG of Police, has directed that petitions from the Senior Pastor of the COZA, Abuja, Biodun Fatoyinbo, and the Dakolos, be joined and researched at the Force Criminal Investigation and Intelligence Department in Lagos.

Mr. Femi Falana who is the legal advisor to the Dakolos made the declaration during a phone exchange with a media organization today.

Falana who is a Senior Advocate of Nigeria said that the IG of police had guaranteed that correct judgment would be done for the situation.

While questioning that the police experts had rejected to follow up on the Dakolos’ appeal, Falana said the case would be brought down to Lagos just on the grounds that the family was the first to request of the police.
