K-YES To Hold Kogi's Maiden Youth Business Summit

Kogi State is set to witness its first youth led Business and Economic Summit targeted at young entrepreneurs and potential investors towards promoting youth led business enterprises in the state.



In a chat with some members of the Press, the convener of Kogi Young Enterprises Summit [K-YES] Mr. Okeme Kelvin stated that the summit is geared towards building a community of young vibrant and productive youths with the consciousness of progressively developing their personal enterprises and collectively advancing the economy of their communities and state.


He revealed the official partners for the event CREST CAB, a fast rising cab service with quality and timely service delivery packages and YALI, the theme for the event'' Innovation and Technology for Sustainable Entrepreneurship: Breaking Economic Status Quo'' is aimed at inspiring the next generation of entrepreneurs to build an innovative driven state economy.

Speaking on the benefits of the Summit, Mr. Kelvin revealed that the Annual Summit will stimulate entrepreneurship among st youths in Kogi State, identify and support entrepreneurs and enable enterprises reap the informational benefits of their participation in building the state's economy.


The convener noted that the event which is expected to attract 500 young entrepreneurs  innovators, inventors is slated to take place on the 30th of June  2018 at Satoof Hotel, Lokoja, KOGI STATE.
